About Us
Amanda M. Wolf received her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2003. In 2004, she was admitted to practice law in Georgia and in 2006 became licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. She is a graduate of Grove City College which was ranked in U.S. News & World Report as one of "America's Best Colleges," where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

Amanda devotes her practice exclusively to estate planning, elder law and related issues. Her practice includes wills, trusts, probate, and incapacity planning, including powers of attorney, advance directives for health care such as living wills and health care surrogate designations. A large part of her practice also involves assisting individuals in qualifying for public assistance (specifically long term care), the preparation and administration of special needs trusts for disabled individuals, and estate planning for the disabled and their families. |

Amanda frequently speaks to audiences throughout the state on elder law issues and is a member of the Florida Bar (Elder Law Section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section). She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, Senior Information Resources, and the Sun City Center Chamber of Commerce. Amanda is the educational coordinator for the Sun City Center Coalition for Mental Health and Aging, and in March, she received the 2009 Tampa Bay Young Legal Professional of the Year award. |
