At Wolf Elder Law, we pride ourselves on offering not just legal guidance, but trusted relationships built on experience, compassion, and commitment. Our clients know they can count on us during some of life’s most important and often emotional moments.
In this post, we’re reintroducing Attorney Amanda Wolf and highlighting the team members who work alongside her to serve Florida families. Whether you’re new to our firm or have worked with us before, we invite you to get to know a few of the dedicated faces behind the practice.
Meet Amanda M. Wolf, Esq.

Amanda M. Wolf is the founder and lead attorney of Wolf Elder Law, where she has spent over a decade helping Florida families navigate elder law with compassion, clarity, and confidence. Her practice focuses on estate planning, Medicaid planning, asset protection and probate. Amanda is known for her approachable style, deep legal knowledge, and unwavering dedication to her clients.
She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Grove City College. She became VA-accredited in 2008 and is Board Certified in Elder Law by the State of Florida.
Amanda’s work has earned her multiple honors, including Tampa Bay Young Legal Professional of the Year (2009), Florida Trend Legal Elite (2019), and selection to Super Lawyers from 2019 through 2025.
She is actively involved in the legal community through the Florida Bar’s Elder Law Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. She served as Co-Chair of the Medicaid and Government Benefits section of the Florida Bar and is a past member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys. Amanda is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Sun City Center Chamber of Commerce.
Outside the office, Amanda is a proud mom of three, balancing her busy practice with the joys of raising her family. She also shares her home with her lovable English Bulldog, who keeps life entertaining.
Meet Alex DeWitt

Alex is a Legal Assistant at Wolf Elder Law, where she supports clients with care, empathy, and attention to detail. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Florida, where she also minored in Criminology and participated in academic research during her studies.
Alex is drawn to elder law because it allows her to be a source of guidance and comfort for families during important life transitions. Her close bond with her grandparents and the experience of supporting her grandmother during her grandfather’s journey with dementia deeply shaped her dedication. She strives to ensure every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process. When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find her at a concert, cooking something new, or enjoying time out with friends.
Meet Serena Sapp

Serena is a law student at Barry University School of Law and a dedicated member of the Wolf Elder Law team, where she has spent the past four years helping Florida families navigate elder law matters with clarity and compassion. She has a deep passion for supporting the aging community and strives to make the legal process as simple and stress-free as possible for every client.
A fourth-generation Floridian, Serena is equally committed to environmental advocacy. She has worked on water quality and conservation policy through Barry’s Earth and Environmental Law Clinic and as an active member of the Environmental and Earth Law Society. She also proudly serves with the Clearwater-Dunedin Junior League and volunteers with Sea Turtle Trackers during nesting season in St. Pete.
Outside of work and school, Serena enjoys kayaking, pilates, gardening, and relaxing with a glass of wine alongside her two beloved dogs, Dakota and Bree. She looks forward to continuing her service to Florida families with heart, purpose, and dedication to both people and the planet.
